Reiki and Integrated Counselling engage the mind, body and spirit in the process of healing. Reiki brings a calming and soothing energy to balance the body and emotions. Counselling is a psychological process where sharing and caring are involved. Through discussions, problems are identified with support and personal empowerment. Problems are either resolved or solved. The two therapies complement each other as Counselling is about verbally expressing emotional problems and Reiki uses energy to help rebalance and heal the emotions. Together they are a strong force in healing, empowering positive change, emotionally, physically and energetically.

Reiki and Integrated Counselling sessions work on 4 week program. Each session is personalised to suit your individual needs incorporating processed based Counselling and Reiki Therapy.
First Session
First session runs for 90 mins:
Intensive Counselling followed by Reiki $90

Second session runs for 60 mins:
